Amy Gervasi is the Closing Manager for Homestead Title. She has been working in the real estate field since 1992. She started her career as a successful Realtor in the Dane County area from 1993 thru 2012. In addition, she has owned a property management/investment company and a development company which built homes and condominiums in the Madison area. And, she has been handling title and closing services as a closing officer since 2011.
Amy has enjoyed the connections and friendships she has made over the years with Realtors, brokers, builders, contractors, attorneys, lenders, bankers, and all of the people she has helped with their home ownership.
Amy was born and grew up in the Madison area, left to go to college in Atlanta, Georgia then returned to attend MATC and UW Madison. She has been married for over 20 years and has 4 incredibly awesome children that keep her hopping - plus a devil dog, a cat-dog and a dog-bird. In her spare time she likes watching her kids play football, volleyball and softball, getting together with family and friends, walking the dogs at the dog park, movies, camping, going "Up North", boating, fishing, bad golfing, biking and reading a good book. She is looking forward to seeing you next time you are in the office!!
