Susan is Homestead's customer service specialist. She joined Homestead in 2022, and has decades of experience in customer service in the retail, child care, and legal industries. Susan is from the Verona area. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She has three daughters and four brothers, one being her twin. She loves the outdoors, working in her yard, sewing and crafting.
