Lynne is Homestead Title's head title examiner. She was the first employee of Homestead
Title when Attorney Marsha Dymzarov started the company in 1995. Lynne's prior
experience was as a legal secretary/assistant for many years in law firms preceding the
current law firm of Herrick & Kasdorf, LLP located on the Capitol Square. Her educational
history includes a Bachelor's Degree from UW-Madison in Sociology with an emphasis in
Correctional Administration. She has advanced from all-around
gopher/receptionist/clerk/closing assistant with the title company to her current position of
"Head Title Examiner."
Lynne takes pride in her dedication to the company, and working with customers and clients
in a professional and knowledgeable manner. She greatly enjoys working with people and
bringing a calming influence on people in the nerve-wracking and stressful experiences that
can go along with the sale and purchase of homes. Lynne's outside interests include sports
-- Packers, anything Badgers, Brewer baseball, and all sorts of high school sports (as a
spectator of course) -- and music, live or otherwise.
Lynne resides east of Cottage Grove on a 67-acre farm that has been in her family's name
since the late 1870's.
