Peter Zarov is the President, legal counsel, and co-owner of Homestead Title Company. Mr. Zarov is an attorney with over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate. As owner of Homestead Title Company, Mr. Zarov provides guidance and expertise on residential and commercial title and closing issues, specializing in complex and distressed property transactions.

Mr. Zarov often teaches seminars to Realtors, lenders, and attorneys on topics including short sales, foreclosure, brokerage law, risk avoidance, and title issues. His legal experience includes complex commercial litigation, foreclosure, partnership and LLC formation, and residential and commercial real estate. His current law practice focuses on issues relating to title insurance, condominiums, and real estate agency and brokerage services. Mr. Zarov lives in Madison and is married with three wonderful boys.
